1. Service Hours:
1.1 The peer support chat service is available via pre-booking between 6 pm and 10 pm. Outside of these hours, the service will not be operational.

4. Limitation of Liability:
4.1 The operators of the chat service are not mental health professionals. Users acknowledge that the information provided during chats is not a substitute for professional advice.
4.2 The chat service operators are not liable for any decisions or actions taken by users based on the information provided during the chat.
5. Emergency Situations:
5.1 In the case of an emergency or crisis, users are strongly encouraged to contact emergency services or seek assistance from a qualified mental health professional.
5.2 The peer support chat service cannot handle urgent situations or emergencies.
6. Respectful Communication:
6.1 Users are expected to engage in respectful and appropriate communication.
6.2 Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to hate speech, discrimination, or explicit content, will result in immediate termination of the chat session, and users engaging in such behaviour may be barred from using the service.
7. Age Restriction:
7.1 The peer support chat service is intended for individuals aged 18 and above.
7.2 Users under the age of 18 should seek appropriate support from parents, guardians, or professionals.
8. User Responsibilities:
8.1 Users are responsible for their own mental health and well-being.
8.2 Users should not provide false or misleading information during chats.
8.3 Users are encouraged to report any concerns about the conduct of peer support operators promptly.
9. Operator Conduct:
9.1 Peer support operators are trained volunteers and not mental health professionals.
9.2 Operators will provide support to the best of their ability but may not have answers to all situations.
9.3 Operators will follow ethical guidelines and maintain a non-judgmental attitude.
10. Service Accessibility:
10.1 The peer support chat service may experience interruptions due to technical issues.
10.2 Users are encouraged to have alternative means of support in case the chat service is unavailable.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
11.1 The operators of the chat service reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
11.2 Users will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.
