Terms and Conditions for PIP Application Advocacy Support Services


1. Service Description: Our PIP application advocacy support services aim to assist individuals in navigating the Personal Independence Payment application process. This includes providing guidance on eligibility criteria, assisting with form completion, advocating on behalf of clients during assessments, and offering support throughout the entire application process.

2. Scope of Services: Our advocacy support services cover assistance with PIP applications for individuals seeking financial support due to disability or long-term health conditions. We provide guidance and support tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring that they understand the application requirements and have the necessary documentation to support their claims.

3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding their disability or health condition, as well as any relevant documentation required for the PIP application process. Clients are also responsible for attending scheduled appointments and cooperating with our advocacy support team to facilitate the application process.

4. Confidentiality: We prioritise the confidentiality and privacy of our clients' personal information. All information shared with us during the advocacy support services will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used to assist with the PIP application process.
